Survivor guilt is actually a post-trauma reaction to the circumstances that people are finding themselves in.

Those that are furloughed and at home might be feeling that they are not contributing in a way that puts them on the front line but they can see that other colleagues are… Some of the people who are seeing people face those adversities could be at risk for experiencing survivor guilt.
